The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse is responsible for helping patients with their physical disabilities or chronic diseases. Rehab Registered Nurse work with patients and their families to design a care plan that will assist the patient overcome any boundaries and reach their full potential.
As a Rehab Nurse your responsibilities consist of:
Educating patients and their family members about disease, injuries and skills needed to care for themselves.
Assisting patients exercise and monitor their progress.
Educating patients how to adjust to temporary or long-term disabilities.
One year of experience as a Rehab Nurse within the past two
Active Nursing License in good standing.
Current Basic Life Support from American Heart Association.
