The Home Health RN is responsible for providing top notch health care for the seniors or people who are disabled, in the patient’s home. Home Health Nurse will typically assist the patient with everyday tasks that they can no longer do independently.
As a Home Health Nurse your responsibilities include:
Assisting the patient with feeding, bathing, getting dressed, and other areas they struggle with.
Supplying medications and logging the patient's vitals on a daily basis.
Provide the patient with diet and exercise plans that fit their current health condition and monitor their daily improvement.
Take patients to and from doctor appointments.
One year of experience as a Home Health RN within the past two years.
Current Nursing License in good standing.
Current Basic Life Support through American Heart Association.
