The Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high qaulity care for the elderly or people who are disabled, in the patient’s home. Home Health Registered Nurse will generally assist the patient with daily tasks that they can no longer do independently.
As a Home Health RN your responsibilities include:
Assisting the patient with feeding, bathing, dressing, and other areas they have difficulty with.
Delivering prescribed medications and documenting the patient's vitals on a daily basis.
Provide patients with diet and exercise plans that fit their current health condition and oversee their daily progress.
Take the patient to and from medical appointments.
One year of experience as a Home Health Registered Nurse within the past two years.
Current RN License in good standing.
Up to date Basic Life Support through American Heart Association.
